Booking, Payments and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non -transferrable. Deposits are deducted from service total.

  • Regular Business Hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.Appointments during the hours are $150/person

  • Sundays, Holidays, and appointments before 9am and after 6pm are considered after hours and are $175/person.

  • No call/No shows and last minute/same day Cancellations will result in a 50% Charge for the missed appointment ($65-$75) after deposit) 

  • *If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment so you won't be charged. if you are scheduling this appointment for a 3rd party, please be sure to inform them of the policy above.

  • Balances can be paid via Zelle o cash.

  • AGAIN…. TO PREVENT BEING CHARGED A “LAST MINUTE/ NO CALL OR NO SHOW FEE, PLEASE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT 48HRS BEFORE SCHEDULED BOOKING.

 

Rescheduling

  • Your appointment can only be rescheduled once … allowing the use of the already paid deposit if you request your rescheduling at least 48 hrs in advance. 

  • Rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the initial appointment.

Parking 

  • You must have accessible parking within One block of your location. Please provide any parking instructions at the time of booking. 

  • All Parking Fees are paid by client.

Service Location (Apartment & Gated Communities)

  • Please provide any entry instructions at the time of booking to prevent delays.

  • Please include your Floor#  when providing address.  

 

Appointment and Timeliness

  • What to expect: 

    • I will arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for set up.

    • Please no cats! (sorry). And I ask, respectfully that you put away other large pets. 

 

  • What you need: 

    • 1 Table 

    • 1 Chair 

    • access to a working electrical outlet.

 

  • Your appointment must be STARTED (meaning in progress…. not me setting up) within 15 minutes or your scheduled appointment to allow the proper time for your service. Anything longer than that may result in a last minute cancelation of appointment due to appointments after you.

 

  • Your makeup appointment is reserved as a 45 minute slot per person. Please keep in mind, that unless you’ve booked me for a whole day, I will only be available for 45mins/person (45mins X Number of people).

 

  • Groups and weddings must be booked as a group. All deposits will be due at once. Balance for Weddings and group appointments are required to be paid in full the day before event by 5pm.

  • add-ons ( additional people can be added on to groups) are allowed but can not be guaranteed as my schedule will remain open for other to book outside the time you initially reserved.

Makeup lessions (One on One) 

  • Please schedule your makeup appointment at least 2 weeks from the date you're making payment to allow time for supplies to arrive.
